Under the COVID-19, The School of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering/ Flight Collegeheld an online employment session through Voov Meetingfor students majored inMechanical Design and Automation who will graduate in 2022.Jiangsu Luokai Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (an enterprise in Changzhou), Jiangsu Tengxuan Technology Co., Ltd. (an enterprise in Wuxi) and PwC Information Iechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (enterprises Iin Shanghai and Suzhou) were invited to give recruitment lectures. Jiang Wei, Deputy Partysecretary of the College, Yin Chuanzhong, Secretary of the Youth League Committee and instructors of the graduating class also attended the online session.
Each enterprise made a specific introduction from the aspects of company background, corporate culture, industry prospect, intern career development, employment needs and so on in the session. At the same time, they also shared their job-hunting experience combined with their own practical experience, and patiently answered specific questions such as development space and salary treatment generally concerned by graduates.
This session has effectively promoted theemployment of college graduates, built a good platform for students who have not yet be employed and strengthened the contact between employers and our college.
