On the morning of November 27, Dean Guo Hun, Vice Dean Wu Xiaofeng and He Yafeng, Director of Intelligent Manufacturing Department Su Chun and Dr. Su Xiang of Mechanical Surface Department went to Changzhou Huanneng Turbine Power Co., Ltd. to carry out exchange activities. Zhang Jingchu, chairman of Changzhou Huanneng Turbine Power Co., Ltd. and relevant personnel of Technology Department and Personnel Department attended.
At the meeting, Zhang Jingchu extended a warm welcome to Guo Hun and his party, and introduced in detail made by the company in the research and development of turbocharger, turbine shaft, compressor impeller and rotor assembly in recent years. He introduced that the company owns Jiangsu Automobile Engine Turbocharger Engineering Technology Research Center, Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Center and Changzhou Intelligent Workshop. Superalloy casting production line, turbocharger and gas turbine engine technology experiment center has been established successfully equipped with the design and manufacturing capacity of turbine series products.
Guo made a brief introduction about majors,scientific&research platform, human resources and others of our college, and pointed out that we look forward to deepening cooperation with Changzhou Huaneng Turbine Power Co., Ltd. on student internship and employment, tackling technical problems and platform construction.
Later, Guo and his party visited the production workshop of the company.
